Job Functions of the Position:
- Maintain a professional relationship with customers, coworkers, and vendors
- Handle product with care and deliver on time
- Able to drive/navigate 26 foot box truck with an emphasis on safety.
- Load and Unload Truck
- The ability to assemble and install products if needed.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift at least 75 pounds
- Must submit and pass a pre-employment and background check, motor vehicle report, pre-employment drug screening, and DOT physical

Customer Service (Kent)
As a Customer Service Representative you have the responsibility to interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services that SunTrax Logistics offers.
Job Functions of the Position:
- Work to efficiently solve any customer issues or concerns
- Enter data to create new orders in X-Dispatch/CXT Software Database
- Schedule appointments and maintains customer orders
- Schedule delivery or pick-up time to accommodate customer’s request
- Contact the account to submit a request for additional fee, if appropriate
- A professional attitude and clear verbal communication are necessary
- The ability to operate a multiline telephone system is required
