White Glove Delivery & Assembly
Sunshine Delivery offers superior "white-glove" delivery service. Furniture is carefully
carried into the customer's home and then placed as per the customer's request. If in-home
assembly is required, our team of well-trained professionals will complete the assembly on-site.
Sunshine Delivery and its drivers, pride ourselves on our customer service. With each delivery,
our drivers will leave your customer with a pleasant experience that not only reflects your
company's quality standards, but ours as well.
State of the Art Dispatch & Tracking Software - Available March 2004
Our new dispatch and tracking software will allow your business to track the progress of your
deliveries on-line. Handheld PC's are carried by each driver and their information reports
directly to our computer systems. This allows us to track the status and completion of each
delivery. In addition to this new software, a dedicated dispatcher consistently tracks each
driver's progress throughout the day and is available during all business hours to assist you
and your customers.
Superior Customer Service
Sunshine Delivery knows the home delivery business and our customer service staff is trained
to deal with any delivery situation. By allowing us to handle all of your delivery needs, you
will no longer have to worry about rescheduling appointments, late deliveries or any other delivery
problems. Our knowledgeable staff is aware that problems can arise during a delivery and each
representative is capable of resolving any problem that may arise. If at any point you require
the assistance of a customer service representative, one is always available to assist you.
Preparation & Deluxing of Goods
Sunshine delivery takes the time to carefully open and inspect all merchandise received at our warehouse.
To ensure that no damage is missed, unassembled items are assembled and inspected prior to delivery.
In the event that any damages are noted, our on-site carpenter will see to it that the needed repairs
are completed in time for the scheduled delivery.
To ensure the delivery of a flawless product, a second inspection of every item is conducted before
the merchandise is blanket-wrapped and loaded onto our trucks. By doing so we are able to increases
your profits by reducing the number of returns and repair calls.
Warehousing & Distribution
Sunshine Delivery is capable of warehousing and distributing your products directly from our warehouse
facilitates. Our two buildings are located in Kent, Washington and are easily accessible from both I-5
and I-405. Each building is fully equipped to properly store your merchandise and the warehouse staff
is experienced in maintaining accurate inventory.
Logistics Management
Our professional logistics team is able to organize your inventory and handle all delivery arrangements.
By doing so, we are able to alleviate our customers of the following responsibilities:
